OUR NEW PERSPECTIVE
No member moving forward should be exempt from the Visionary's Blueprint if he/she desires to see a better nation. Through these words we will provide instructions and guidelines on how to demonstrate and carry out certain duties and functions that will take us to another level in society.
We understand that not every Brother/Sister will have the same views, the same opinions or even the same goals and agendas. We cannot force ones to think, act or even have the same agendas. Yet we refuse to ostracize what we stand for in exchange for money, power or fame. So before moving forward it is important that we evaluate each member and so-called member in order to understand how to draw with one's.
The Unconscious:
85% of street tribe members are deaf, dumb and blind. They don't know their history, their literature, nor do they believe that these gangs can ever become real organizations. So in our perspective the unconscious needs to be cut off completely. They are liabilities!! They're criminals, drug dealers and gang members
The Subconscious:
10% of street tribe members are the Subconscious Leaders and Elders who accept and allow these conditions to remain as they are. In our literature it tells us about "the poisonous caterpillar", which is an older seed/caterpillar who has been confined to never becoming a butterfly. And this is the case with many of our leaders, so some can be kept and reeducated, though most must be overlooked and/or avoided. Why? Because they (the leaders of old) are comfortable in the way things are and may even become belligerent or oppose anything new and progressive. This is a critical measurement.
The Conscious:
5% of our street tribe members are the most sincere and devoted representatives of these urban philosophies. They are few yet loyal and most importantly brave and courageous individuals. This is because the problem(s) we continue facing are inflicted by ourselves and the 5% are the ones that address these problems; basically meaning that most of our opposition will be members (and so-called members) of our own tribes. Therefore this 5% are the vanguards of the whole revolution and many will even be martyrs.
