Beginning all things in the name of Allah (Father God Of The Universe). I'm going to attempt to expound a bit of what a G.O.A.L. is (Insh'Allah). The reason why I feel this is important is because no book explains this measurement, therefore unless you're from Chicago and was raised inside the Nation during the late 80s to mid and/or late 90s, (and possibly in the prison/cook co) then chances are you never went to a GOAL before. And 9x out of 10, NONE of them were the same because there is NO KNOWN breakdown or "How To Manual" on doing this. So I hope that others share this and maybe even start doing it.
To begin: a G.O.A.L. is NOT a meeting!!! Too many get this misunderstood. A G.O.A.L. is a "Spiritual Practice". The purpose of this demonstration is of 2 functions: № 1. To give praise to Allah. № 2. To get on one accord with the leadership thereof. ____ As I explained last week, this Practice was adopted from an old practice which made all VLs Muslims. Whereas in The LOI Rule and Law № 12. States: Every Friday when Jumah services are being held, all Elites, Ministers and Representatives will attend these services unless their job makes it impossible for them to attend - WE DO MEAN IMPOSSIBLE! Each locations' Minister of Literature will assure each Representative of the proper dress code (no sweat suits, no braids in hair, no plastic bags on heads and everyone will have on a blue shirt and clean socks). The Elite will be held responsible for brothers not attending. ____ But in the 80s when Lordism became our religion we adopted a different practice calling it a G.O.A.L. (Gathering Of Almighty Lords) and it was a specific way we had to do things, yet it wasn't documented. Therefore to learn the proper drawings one would have had to have learned them from certain Alameen Brothers that were companions of al Uqdah Alameen, or certain decks of other branches spread out throughout the city of Chicago. (Or Cook Co in the 90s). But here are a few commonalities of those measurements:
☆ The time of a G.O.A.L. is between the hours of 12 noon to 1:30 on Fridays only!!
☆ Each highest Ranking Elite (or whoever is appointed) of the cipher steps in (with the right foot) and opens it with al Fatiha, then steps back to the cipher (with his left). Then the next bro/Sis to the right does the same, but gives their praises to Allah.
☆ By the time that the cipher reaches whoever opened it, that same Elite closes it with The Holy Divine Prayer.
☆ After the cipher is closed, the Location Elite or whoever is the Top for that location begins with community affairs and gives everyone the opportunity to Q/A if need be. But this 2nd part has most overshadowed the whole demonstration.

№1. Why is it done between 12 noon and 1pm? It is believed that the gates of Heaven are open at this time and doing good deeds and offering Zuhr (noon prayer) will bless the person.
№2. Why do we stand in a cipher? Refer to The VL Flag: Circle: The circle means 360° of knowledge and what was and will always be; that black people once "ruled" the world, and will once again "rule".
Fire: The Circle is surrounded by Fire, which symbolizes and represents our Nation's true knowledge of themselves being suppressed. The flames prevent us from reaching true 360° of Knowledge, because of the heat (white power structure). ___ so if we pay close attention, the breakdown of a G.O.A.L. is the formation of the flag itself.
№3. Is it true we face the East? It is literally impossible for us to stand in a complete circle and all of us face the East. Yet as one steps in, he/she can and may face the Qibla (sacred direction).

Conclusion:
In my opinion, ones stopped having G.O.A.L.s because our elders in the city dropped the ball. 🤷🏾♂️ As the nation began to expand, splits and structure became more of importance. Our elders stopped teaching us the importance of spirituality and just tried to hold on to that which they created. I guess we can say they were trying to maintain "Superiority" over things, thinking that they could lose the stronghold via "Divide and Conquer Techniques". So once we expanded (state to state) many unrighteous pretenders were "rightfully uplifted". But that's a topic for another drawing. My point is that many that were rightfully uplifted were uplifted for the wrong reasons so we lost sight and focus of the importance of having and keeping Allah involved. Now we have had more splits, divisions, sects and renegade fractions than ever. All with no real sense of direction as a whole. Smh.
